§ 38-166. Turn-on, turn-off charge.

A charge shall be made for each time the department of public works turns off and/or on the water to any property, as prescribed by resolution of the village council, except for a new service turn-on for which a tap-on fee has been paid as prescribed by resolution of the village council.
