§ 38-119. Sewer service extensions.

Any person desiring the extension of the sewage disposal facilities of the village may do so in the same manner as above described for the extension of the water system. The village shall pay and participate in one-third of the original cost for the extension of the sewer, provided that the original extension does not exceed 300 feet and that the property owner shall pay all costs over 300 feet.
