§ 32-135. Penalty for violation of article.

Any person who violates any of the provisions of this article shall be responsible for a municipal civil infraction punishable by a civil fine of not more than $100.00 and the costs of prosecution. The village council may establish by resolution the amount of a civil fine for municipal civil infraction that may be paid at the county courthouse.
