§ 10-6. Renewal.

(a)

The license issued under this chapter shall be effective from January 1 to December 31 (fiscal year) for an optional period of one, two or three fiscal years.

(b)

Renewal of the license must be made for each succeeding year upon application in the same manner as set forth for the original issuance.

(c)

However, all fees for the renewal of any license which are not paid at the time the fees shall be due shall be assessed a penalty, as established by the village council.
